Mr. Toler is a past board member of the Arthritis Foundation – State of Ohio, Cliffside Golf Course, Ohio Valley Athletic Association, M-G-M OALU, Huntington Estate Planning Council, Holzer Hospital Planned Giving Board, Gallia County NRA Board, and is a lifetime member of the Rio Grande Trustee League. He is currently a member of a variety of public and private organizations.
